Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location, once your package has been delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you via e-mail to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Modei Studios ships orders Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). In-store pickup available in our Greenpoint Showroom every Sunday 10am-3pm.

PROCESSING
Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Pre-Orders will ship within 2-8 weeks after the date of order. Please read individual product page for Pre-Order lead times as they may vary.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders within the US will ship UPS Ground shipping. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we only ship to the United States. We've found HopShopGo to be a great workaround that allows shipping from the United States to anywhere in the world!
